The source website did not publish a privacy, retention or cancellation policy. Salon-approved policies still need to be supplied. The information below describes how this website currently works.
Enquiries
When the form says “Prepare My Enquiry”, your entries are validated by this website and returned as a draft. They are not stored by this site or sent to the salon. You can copy the draft and call the team to arrange your visit.
If an enquiry provider is configured, the button changes to “Send Enquiry”. Your details are sent to that provider for the salon to respond. A confirmation appears only when the provider accepts them. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Optional marketing consent is separate.
Booking, maps and chat
The current booking path helps you contact the salon. When a hosted booking service is connected, you can continue to that provider. Embedded maps, booking widgets and chat load only when you choose to open them. Those providers process information under their own terms.
Optional analytics
Analytics is disabled until a provider is configured. When enabled, the site asks for your choice before sending interaction events. Enquiry content, phone numbers and email addresses are not included. Only the analytics preference is stored in your browser; you can change it through Privacy settings.
Technical information
The hosting provider may process technical request logs to operate the website. This website does not maintain a customer database or store your enquiry details in browser storage.
